1991-1996 Apprenticeship with South African Master Potter Kim Sacks

1997 Teaching practical at Kim Sacks Studio

1998-2001 Part time consultancy work for Gillian Bickell Potteries

1998 Opened her own studio in Ruimsig, teaching adults classes several times per week. Recently she moved to Muldersdrift which on the fringe of the Cradle of Humankind to a larger studio which is situated next to a fabulous Coffee Shop.

She enjoys the thrill of working with porcelain, and the translucent pieces she creates are an expression of her being. Her vision is to continue to develop her work at both an artistic and personal level.

Dale works mainly with Porcelain and throwing is her preferred way of working. She loves the translucence that porcelain offers and the fragility and strength combined are very exciting. She has several ceramics pieces in private collections around the world.
